Tips "for me make hair growing fast

Every girls and every women will be proud of her self if  her hair is long and helty , also shiny
For  got that all is not really hard i thing
I try to do like this for my make my hair growing fast ,long, and shiny
This is what i did
....
. Take some  fanugrek.powder and soak them in water over night .
You can use this solutions on your hair growing by rubbing it gently on your scalp once  in  a week's ... this will help growing long and shiny hair
